1.Service Fee for purchases paid through Digital Turbine’s Payment Processors:
(i) The Service Fee rate is twenty percent (20%) of the Net Sales Amount (as defined below); provided, however, if the payment amount is discounted by applying a discount method such as coupons or points provided by One Store or Digital Turbine or a third party designated by One Store or Digital Turbine, the service fee rate applied to such discount amount is 50%.
(ii) The Service Fee will be calculated by multiplying the Net Sales Amount by the Service Fee rate. "Net Sales Amount" means the Purchase Price less Transaction Tax; provided, however, that in the event that the Payment Processor is a mobile carrier (via direct carrier billing), the payment processing fees of the respective mobile carrier will also be deducted from the Purchase Price for the purpose of calculating the Service fee.
(iii) The settlement amount payable to the Member is the Net Sales Amount less the Service Fee.

The Service Fee rate for single User purchases is twenty percent (20%) of the Net Sales Amount (as defined below); provided, however, if the payment amount is discounted by applying a discount method such as coupons or points provided by One Store or Digital Turbine or a third party designated by One Store or Digital Turbine, the service fee rate applied to such discount amount is 50%.
(ii)Subscriptions. The Service Fee rate for recurring User purchases as part of a subscription service provided by the Member within a certain Product or a group of Products, where the a User subscribers to pay a fixed amount every month, is ten percent (10%) of the Net Sales Amount (as defined below); provided, however, if the payment amount is discounted by applying a discount method such as coupons or points provided by One Store or Digital Turbine or a third party designated by One Store or Digital Turbine, the service fee rate applied to such discount amount is 50%.
(iii)The Service Fee will be calculated by multiplying the Net Sales Amount by the Service Fee rate. "Net Sales Amount" means the Purchase Price less Transaction Tax; provided, however, that in the event that the Payment Processor is a mobile carrier (via direct carrier billing), the payment processing fees of the respective mobile carrier will also be deducted from the Purchase Price for the purpose of calculating the Service fee.
(iv)The settlement amount payable to the Member is the Net Sales Amount less the Service Fee.
