Regularization of Service Fee Reduction Benefit for Small and Medium Developers

Hello,
This is the ONE store Developer Center.
The Service Fee reduction policy that had been temporarily implemented to support small and medium Developers will be regularized and applied on an ongoing basis.
1. Policy Details
A 50% reduction in the Service Fee rate will be applied to Developers whose monthly transaction amount is USD 5,000 or less.
2. Effective Date
This policy applies to sales made from January 1, 2026.
3. Eligible Developers
Developers whose aggregated monthly transaction amount for Games / Apps is USD 5,000 or less
(The exchange rate as of the 1st day of the month following the sales month will be applied.)
The transaction amount is aggregated based on the Developer type as follows:
- Business operator in South Korea (corporate / individual): aggregated based on the Business Registration Number
- Individual Developer in South Korea / Developer(other than South Korea): aggregated based on the Developer ID
4. Application Criteria
- Transaction amounts from all Country/Region are included, except the United States.
- Only amounts generated through Payment methods provided by the ONE store App are eligible, excluding Third Party Payment.
- Refunds for transactions from previous sales months that are canceled in the current month are excluded from the transaction amount calculation.
- This policy cannot be applied in combination with other Service Fee reduction programs.
